A Russian senator has alleged that Ukranian strike targeted a Russian nuclear site in the southern Krasnodar Region and blamed USA’s involvement in the strike. Dmitry Rogozin said that the U.S. should be seen as directly responsible for a Ukrainian strike on a key element of Russia’s nuclear umbrella.
